Our network looks to us to share quality positions with them, and that means we do not share "how low will someone accept jobs." We’ve found that if compensation is lower than the average for the job, the lower quality and skilled applicants you'll get, and we don’t want you to get to the end of our process and not be happy with the options. The lowest hourly amount we'll share is $20/hour USD (which would be a junior position).

How It All Got Started:

Who is Chelsea and how did all of this get started?

I used to be the Executive Assistant for the Chief Digital Officer of a successful multi-million dollar company, Ramsey Solutions. I stepped away from that role because I wanted to work remotely (which wasn't allowed) to travel more and work from anywhere.

I started in my remote journey as a freelance Virtual Executive Assistant which then turned into being an Integrator/COO to several high-level entrepreneurs and thought leaders. My clients' colleagues would ask if I could help them too, but I didn't have the bandwidth to take on more clients. I did, however, know a lot of other great EAs and Integrators that I had worked with and began connecting them to work together. This is where the Virtual EA & OBM Matching first began and I've since added the Find A Freelancer program to connect any type of freelancer with wonderful clients. Connecting great people... That is and always will be the heart behind it all.

I started my own business from scratch and, now as an entrepreneur myself, I'm uniquely positioned to know what a business owner needs as well as what the candidates are looking for.

I've seen too many entrepreneurs trying to do everything themselves. I'm a firm believer that if we delegate some things and let everyone work in their strengths, that's the sweet spot. I'm passionate about helping people grow their businesses while also gaining freedom and flexibility back in their lives.

How quickly can we share your job with our network?

We share jobs biweekly on Mondays. After your purchase, we will connect with you via email about what day your job posting will be shared with our network (usually within 1-2 weeks) which gives time to craft the job description, get your approval on the job description, schedule the job to go out on several platforms and partner communities, and send you all the templates.
