First off, calling myself out here too because I used to do this until I realized how it didn’t make any sense at all 🙋🏼‍♀️

I mean, I get the sentiment and intention behind it though because yes there are fewer women out there than men running their own successful businesses BUT saying all that #girlboss #ladyboss #bossbabe crap isn’t necessary at all and you don’t find men associating their gender with their title. So why should you be?

Just be the #BOSS you are and leave it at that 👊🏼
